THINGS TO DO
Sailing
Sailing is at the heart of Hamble. There are a number of yachting schools in the village offering qualifications or experiences involving key sailing events.
Crabbing
A fond favourite with young and old. Grab a bucket and line and perch over the Quay edge watching the River go by.
Dining
Hamble is blessed with plenty of dining options: 4 pubs, 3 restaurants, 2 cafes, 1 club (and that is just from the top car park to the bottom!)
Royal Victoria Country Park
A short walk or drive from Hamble, a popular country park with woodland and seashore to explore, plus a Visitor Centre, sensory garden, children’s play area, and a miniature railway!
Bird Watching
The river environment provides a great home to many different birds. Best seen on the coastal paths and creeks.
Coastal Walking
Either through Hamble Common or take the pink ferry across to Warsash and explore upstream toward Bursledon or down with views of the Isle of Wight.

“Set in a perfect location. Lovely and welcoming. Made me feel right at home. Decor is extremely well done. Very clean and modern with a nautical twist. Offers either breakfast or self catering.”
